These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of a Directory Listing on Beyond What If?, operated by MindLandscape LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By applying for or purchasing a Directory Listing, you ("Partner," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
A Directory Listing gives your app, product, course, or practice a featured placement within Beyond What If?, the curated marketplace for the mental wellness community. Listings are reviewed and approved before going live, and billed on a recurring basis with no long-term contract required.
As part of your Directory Listing, we're glad to include a complimentary collaboration post on @OCD.Addison to help introduce your product to our audience. Because we put genuine care into each feature — rather than rushing one out — please allow up to 60 days from your listing's activation date for this post to be created and published. We'll do our best to deliver it sooner, and we'll keep you posted along the way if timing shifts.
This complimentary post is a one-time benefit per active listing unless otherwise agreed in writing, and its format, timing, and creative direction remain at our discretion to ensure it fits naturally with our content and audience.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a listing. We review every submission for fit with our audience and community standards, and we reserve the right to decline or remove any listing at our discretion. If approved, you'll receive a Stripe invoice to activate your listing.
You may cancel your Directory Listing at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, and there's no long-term contract locking you in. Payments already made are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Any collaboration post not yet delivered as of cancellation may be forfeited.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information, links, and materials you submit for your listing. We reserve the right to edit listing content for length, clarity, or formatting, and to decline or remove any listing that doesn't fit our audience or content guidelines.
Inclusion in the directory or a collaboration post is not a medical, clinical, or professional endorsement of your product. Beyond What If? does not endorse or guarantee the clinical effectiveness of any listed product, and we make no guarantees regarding traffic, conversions, downloads, or other results from your listing or feature.
You retain ownership of your own branding, content, and materials. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce them solely for the purpose of creating and publishing your listing and any associated collaboration post.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your Directory Listing is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your Directory Listing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. This page will always reflect the version currently in effect, along with the date it was last revised.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
