What Beyond What If? Is

Beyond What If? is a therapist directory platform operated by MindLandscape LLC. We connect individuals seeking care for OCD and anxiety-related conditions with licensed mental health providers who specialize in those areas.

Beyond What If? is not a medical provider, mental health service, or clinical practice. We do not provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, or any form of clinical care. We do not supervise the care provided by listed therapists.

All therapeutic relationships are solely between the client and the individual therapist.

Crisis Disclaimer

Beyond What If? is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or need immediate support, please do not use this directory.

Therapist Responsibilities

By listing on Beyond What If?, therapists agree to the following:

Maintain an active, valid license in every state where you accept clients through this platform
Respond to client inquiries submitted through the platform within 48 hours on business days
Ensure that all information on your profile — credentials, specializations, session formats, availability, and rates — is accurate and kept up to date
Not list areas of specialization that misrepresent your training or clinical experience
Comply with all applicable professional licensing standards, ethics codes, and state laws

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the suspension or removal of your listing at Beyond What If?'s discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Individuals using the directory to find a therapist agree to the following:

Consultation request forms are for general inquiries only — they are not a substitute for emergency services, crisis lines, or clinical intake processes
Do not submit crisis situations, safety concerns, or urgent clinical needs through consultation forms. Use 988 or your local emergency services instead
Do not include confidential medical or psychiatric information in consultation request messages — treat these forms as introductory contact, not clinical communication
Verify a therapist's license and credentials independently before beginning care

Payment Terms

Therapist listings are available at $18 per month or $168 per year, billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

You may cancel your listing at any time — no long-term contract required
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
We do not issue refunds for partial billing months
If a payment fails, your listing may be suspended until payment is resolved
Annual plan saves you $48 compared to monthly billing

Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. Beyond What If? does not store credit card information.

Termination

Beyond What If? reserves the right to remove, suspend, or decline any listing at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — listings that:

Contain inaccurate or misleading credential or specialty information
Violate any part of these Terms of Service
Are associated with professional disciplinary action or license suspension
Receive credible complaints from clients that suggest misrepresentation or harm

In most cases, we will notify you by email before taking action and give you an opportunity to respond.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Beyond What If? does not guarantee client connections. Listing on the platform does not guarantee that you will receive inquiries, consultations, or new clients.

Beyond What If? is not responsible for the quality of care provided by therapists listed on the platform. We verify credentials, but we do not supervise clinical practice, monitor outcomes, or mediate disputes between clients and therapists.

The directory is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any listing at any given time.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify listed therapists by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
